On  August 10, 2008. Douglas R. Laird was ordained as a pastor-teacher by Robert McLaughlin Bible Ministries and Grace Bible Church at the New England Bible Conference.  Doug has been under the teaching ministry of his pastor teacher, Pastor Robert Mclaughlin since 1996.
